The Role:
MWL is looking for a creative and highly passionate Social Media & PR Manager to lead MWL’s digital presence and drive the next phase of our global brand story.
This is a hands-on strategic role for someone who’s equally comfortable setting the vision as they are executing it. Driving the visual & influencer strategy, staying ahead of elevated trend forecasting with strong storytelling instincts.
You’ll be the pulse of the brand: Leading our social media strategy, nurturing influencer and PR relationships, ensuring MWL continues to set the tone in modern bridal.
What you’ll do:
• Drive strategy across all channels –Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & LinkedIn, setting direction, tone, and visual rhythm in line with brand’s aesthetics and goals
• Oversee day-to-day execution of content scheduling and planning. You'll be supported by a full time in house Content Creator and Graphic Designer
• Collaborate closely with the TikTok Manager and Content Creator to ensure content output is cohesive, consistent, and aligned with brand strategy
• Brief content as per strategy working as afar ahead as possible
• Maintain and update the social media calendar, ensuring all activity is synced with campaigns, launches, and marketing milestones
• Be the first to spot trends and creators to identify how MWL can authentically join the conversation and collaborate
• Lead influencer and UGC strategy – from identifying newly engaged brides to securing placements with fashion and lifestyle creators
• Liaise with creators and influencers to maintain an ongoing stream of content, ensuring MWL remains aspirational and visible across platforms
• Oversee press & PR outreach for new campaigns and key brand moments - creating and maintaining relationships with bridal directories
• Support the marketing team in storytelling through key moments – product launches, brand campaigns and international events
You’ll thrive if you:

The Role:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven TikTok Manager to lead our TikTok content strategy - driving brand visibility, engagement, and bookings through original, culturally-aware video content.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the nuance of luxury fashion storytelling and can translate trends into elevated short-form content that brides are excited to engage with.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a high-impact TikTok strategy that aligns with brand and commercial goals
- Ideate, script, film, edit, and publish TikTok content that reflects our premium brand aesthetic but keeping it accessible
- Manage the TikTok content calendar - proactively planning ahead of key drops, events, and brand moments
- Grow followers, engagement, reach, and conversions; report results with clear insights and next steps
- Actively identify and leverage relevant trends, audio, effects, and cultural moments
- Film in-store content capturing authentic boutique experiences and the emotional brand story
- Collaborate with marketing, retail, design, and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Work closely with creators, ambassadors, and influencers to produce approved content
- Respond to TikTok community interactions in a welcoming and brand-aligned manner
- Maintain an always-on UGC pipeline - briefing, directing, and repurposing creator content
- Stay informed on TikTok innovations, algorithms, and competitor activity
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing TikTok for a premium lifestyle, fashion, beauty brand or similar
- Strong videography and video editing skills (TikTok native tools or CapCut expertise essential)
- Demonstrated success using TikTok analytics to guide content direction
- Ability to pivot quickly with fast-turnaround content while maintaining high standards
- Genuine passion for bridal fashion, luxury branding, and social media culture
- Confident filming and directing people on camera
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills
- Follow a well-organised workflow with impeccable attention to detail

Your day-to-day could include:
• Support the marketing team across all channels, projects, and launches
• Assist in developing and coordinating paid media strategies – researching competitors, identifying opportunities, and briefing our content creators / performance partners
• Monitor what other brands are doing across digital, social, and campaign spaces, bringing fresh insights and ideas to the table
• Assisting to manage influencer and UGC coordination, from outreach and gifting to content collection and tracking
• Maintain and update the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns, key dates, and deliverables are on track
• Community management in the form of commenting, engaging on socials channels.
• Coordinate logistics for campaign and in house ecommerce shoots – booking props, talent, liaising with agencies, sourcing locations and assisting on set.
• Provide general marketing and project coordination support across campaigns, product launches and collaborations
• Identify gaps, ideas, and trends to keep MWL at the forefront of the industry

The Role:
MWL is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our global team and lead the expansion of our wholesale and retail presence across the United States.
This newly created role is designed for someone deeply connected within the fashion, bridal, and/or luxury retail landscape - an individual who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and driving meaningful sales growth.
As the face of MWL in the US market, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing partnerships with boutiques, key retailers, and strategic stockists, while ensuring our brand is represented with excellence at every touchpoint.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute MWL’s US wholesale and retail growth strategy working with our Global Partnerships Manager
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners, stockists, and key accounts
- Manage ongoing relationships with current and future US partners, ensuring exceptional service and brand alignment
- Conduct regular market research to uncover trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
- Represent MWL at tradeshows, market appointments, and industry events
- Support sell-through with partners by providing product knowledge, training, and seasonal insights
- Collaborate closely with MWL HQ to ensure alignment on inventory planning, campaign timing, collection launches
- Track sales performance across accounts and report on KPIs, growth patterns, targets, and opportunities
- Support the rollout of new collections in the US, coordinating samples, swatching, and showroom/partner presentations
- Provide in-market insights to shape future product development and category expansion
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipelines to forecast growth and manage relationships
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years experience in wholesale sales, brand management, or account management within fashion, bridal, luxury, or contemporary retail
- Strong network within the US boutique, retailer, and buying landscape is highly advantageous
- Proven track record of opening new accounts and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Confident presenting product and brand stories to partners, buyers, and stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously while remaining deeply connected to a global HQ
- Comfortable travelling for meetings, showroom appointments, and events as required
- Highly organised with strong pipeline, forecasting, and CRM management skills
- Passionate about modern bridal, fashion, and premium brand experiences
