We've received some messages lately regarding the colour of cups in our lined bodices for strapless styles that feature outlined bust cups including Posie, Winnie, Ollie and Carter; so we wanted to provide a little update on how we will be managing this moving forward.

Our original standard for these designs was that unlined bodices featured our standard latte lined/nude-colored cups and lined bodices featured ivory cups.  However, as not all retailers carry samples of lined bodices there has been some confusion around which cups were standard, and we found our internal "standard" did not always align with your brides' expectations depending on whether they tried a lined or unlined sample.  We also find everyone has a different preference when it comes to the aesthetic of these particular styles and how much they want the cups to be a feature of the design.

As such, moving forward, if you are requesting a lined bodice for these designs, please make a special note of which cup colour your bride is expecting to receive: latte (nude) or ivory.  We are confident this solution will ensure everyone's expectations are met and easily alleviate any confusion moving forward 😊 You will see a note regarding this in the description of each of these products moving forward as a reminder.  

We've put together some images for comparison for you and your brides' reference moving forward also.  Please note that lining is added to the inner most layer of the bodice, meaning that as the cups are contained inside pockets in the center layer of the bodice in these designs, they will still be visible even when lining is added.
