We have exclusive MWL boutiques in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Manchester, London and Utrecht. Our MWL boutiques run by appointment only.

MWL is also stocked through independent retailers worldwide. You can find your nearest retailer here.

Which Samples Does My Nearest Mwl Boutique Or Retailer Carry?

Our MWL boutiques exclusively carry our made to order collection, which can be viewed here.

As all of our retailers are independently owned and operated, please reach out to your nearest retailer to confirm which MWL designs they have in store.

How Do I Book An Appointment?

To make an appointment at one of our exclusive MWL boutiques, you can view our full calendar and make a booking here. To make an appointment with any of our independent retailers, please reach out to them directly.

How Do I Order A Dress If I Don’t Live Near A Mwl Boutique Or A Retailer?

If you have a retailer in your country, but not local to you, please reach out to them, as most of our retailers will be happy to assist you with placing an order over phone or email.
Alternatively, our head office MWL team will be more than happy to assist you with placing an order online if you don’t have access to one of our MWL boutiques or independent retailers. Please email us at hello@mwlbride.com.

How Quickly Can I Have A Dress Made?

We have standard and priority order options available, depending on how far out your order is placed from your wedding date. We pride ourselves on being able to accommodate orders for all brides, so we recommend discussing timelines with your stylist in your appointment as they will be able to assist you with placing the correct order type for your wedding date.

We also have Ready to Wear styles which are available to ship upon our team receiving your order. As with most things, the more time you allow to place your order ahead of your wedding date, the better.

Do You Have Any Dresses Available To Ship?

We have a limited range of Ready to Wear dresses that are available to ship within 2-5 business days. You can view our full Ready to Wear collection here.

What Is The Price Of Mwl Dresses?

If you are unable to see our pricing online, please reach out to your nearest retailer directly to confirm accurate local pricing.

What Payment Options Are Available?

For orders placed through our MWL boutiques, we offer a range of flexible payment options to choose from. For further information on our payment plans, please speak with your stylist during your appointment or contact us directly at hello@mwlbride.com.

For online orders, payment can be made in full or via PayPal Pay in 4 for purchases under $2,000 AU.

I Am Having Trouble Checking Out

Our website is available to a selected few countries. If you are checking out from our Veils and Accessories, Ready to Wear and Sample collections and you are outside of Australia, you will need to checkout via PayPal. From here, you do not need to create an account with PayPal but this allows for any currency conversions to take place.

Do You Ever Hold Sample Sales?

We standardly hold one to two sample sales per year. We recommend following us on Instagram at @mwlbride to be the first to know when our next sale will take place.

Do You Make Any Of Your Dresses In White?

No, all our dresses are made in our classic ivory colour. We don’t offer any designs in stark white.

Do You Offer Express Shipping?

We offer free shipping within Australia and international for all of our Veils, Accessories and Ready to Wear Collection dresses.

Express shipping with Australia Post is available within Australia at checkout. We prioritise all express shipping orders however please expect up to 3 days business days for dispatch. 

All veils and accessories – $15.00AUD
All ready to wear collection dresses – $30.00AUD

Do You Ship International?

We ship world wide. Import duties, taxes and custom charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the buyer. The amount charged is at the discretion of the customs agency within the destination country and is determined, in part, by the value of the item/s. It is illegal to falsify customs declarations. Payment of duties and taxes are due at collection/delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional cost will be added prior to purchase.

Please note that unfortunately, due to recent increased tariffs for imports into the US, we've sadly had to suspend shipping availability to the USA at this time to avoid our brides being charged these high additional duties. We are committed to finding a lasting solution for our US brides, however at this time we recommend reaching out to your nearest retailer to assist you with placing an order.

How Long Do Veils And Accessories Take To Ship?

Most of our veils and accessories remain in stock at our head office. Our veils standardly ship within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. Shipping within Australia is generally 2-5 working days and 7-10 working days for the rest of the world.

If a veil is on backorder or has a longer shipping timeframe, this will be noted on each product. It is at the responsibility of the buyer to ensure there is enough time between order and wedding date.

RETURNS

Do You Accept Returns? What Is Your Return Policy?

We are able to accept returns of select items within our Veils & Accessories (excluding earrings). Please contact us at hello@mwlbride.com within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the return. Once your return has been confirmed, your return must be sent back within 14 days from receiving your item/s 14 days if located in Australia or 21 days if located overseas. Items must be in their original condition and must not be worn, altered or washed. 

For Ready to Wear items: 

  • If you placed your RTW order online only, without the assistance of one of our MWL Boutique stylists, we are able to offer you a refund, less shipping. 
  • An exchange or credit note is available to you if you placed your RTW order with one of our MWL Boutique teams and the item is not quite right for you.

Please contact us at hello@mwlbride.com within 7 days receiving your item to initiate the return. Once your return has been confirmed, we must receive your item within 14 days if located in Australia or 21 days if located overseas. Items must be in their original condition and must not be worn, altered or washed. 

Return postage and any custom/import taxes is at the buyers expense. If import taxes and duties are required to be paid for MWL to receive your return, these will be deducted from your refund or credit note. These can be deducted off your return in most cases. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a return or exchange on any made-to-order dresses or sample items.
