LONDON + DYLAN

I knew he was the one when I saw how he continuously put my needs above his. I also knew he was my best friend and there is absolutely no one else in the world I’d rather be with for the rest of my life. I’ve always heard, “who would you look for in a crowded room” and for me, it’s always him.

He is selfless, genuinely kind, and he loves honourably and selflessly.

Dylan proposed to me! He took me on a secret getaway to the Biltmore Estate, which is the largest privately owned house in the United States. It was around Christmas time and the entire house and area was decorated beautifully. As we were touring the grounds, he brought me by the largely decorated Christmas tree outside in front of the house, and got on one knee and asked me to marry him!

I actually followed MWL on instagram and instantly fell in love with Posie! It was the most unique dress I had seen with the flower appliqué and the corset back. I did some research and found that Unbridaled in New Orleans sold this specific brand! They encouraged me to try on a few dresses, but my heart was set on Posie before I even tried it on! I hardly considered any other dress! The moment I tried it on, I knew it was the one!

The best moment for me at my wedding was walking down the aisle and once I got to Dylan, I immediately grabbed his hands and looked into his eyes. I focused on him and nothing else, and all of my nervousness suddenly went away. It was a very peaceful moment amidst everyone staring at you and this being one of the biggest moments of your life.

My favorite details of the day were where we got married! We got married in Bellagio on Lake Como in Italy at the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni. We were married in the garden area overlooking the lake and the mountains. It was the most surreal feeling to walk down the aisle to my husband, and have this movie like background for our big day! While our guests were in the garden for aperitivo, Dylan and I went on classic Venetian style boat and took the most romantic pictures. Lastly, I requested that our guests wear all black, and I only had white flowers. It was a very elegant, classy, and timeless feel.

I would tell other brides to know that in a very nerve wracking day, remember what this day is really about. It is about you and your partner and nothing else! It can be so easy to be caught up in the little things, when in all reality the only thing that matters is two people coming together as one and solidifying their love for one another!

My vendors were absolutely amazing!
My photographer was Cristian with Photografica Mangili. He captures such beautiful moments and with such great detail. We also had a drone which was so fun!
My florist was Chiara with The Garden of Love. She made my wedding dreams come true with her stunning work. My favorite part were the large white orchids used for our dinner.
My wedding coordinator was the biggest life saver, her name is Jay Damario
Lastly, my hair and makeup team were the sweetest women ever. Hair was done by Merita.Hair and Makeup was done by Noemi Pescialli
