We accept returns on veils and accessories within 14 days of receiving your item, provided they are in original condition and remain unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
READY TO WEAR
If you placed your RTW order online without the help of one of our MWL Boutique stylists, you're eligible for a refund within 14 days of receiving your item (less shipping costs).
If you placed your order through one of our MWL Boutiques with the support of a stylist and the item isn’t quite right, you're eligible for a credit note or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item (less shipping costs).
MADE TO ORDER STYLES
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a return or exchange on any made-to-order item due to customisations. Please be sure to review the T&C's provided in your appointment.
SAMPLE & SALE ITEMS
All Sample & Sale items are final sale, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO INITIATE MY RETURN?
To begin your return, please contact us at hello@mwlbride.com within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
Return shipping and any customs/import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. If customs taxes are due, they will be deducted from your refund or credit note.
